Our event will guide you through a meditative and relaxing 2 hour practice. We intend to offer a pathway towards physical, mental and emotional rest. A practice to decompress, unwind and restore body, mind and spirit.

Introduction to 5 Element Acupressure
This one-day course is designed to give an overview of the 5 Element Acupressure model of healing for wellness and self-care. Throughout the day you will learn foundation skills to bring acupressure into your daily life.
Topics covered:
- Understanding the 5 Elements and their expression through the seasons.
- How the Elements impact our physical, psychological and spiritual health.
- An introduction to the movement of Qi through the 12 meridians.
- An introduction to the Acupressure Source points and how to use them for self-care in each season.

CHAKRA BALANCING WITH TUNING FORKS
An introduction to the use of OHM tuning forks to balance the chakras
Join Anne for a journey through the chakras with the sound of Ohm. In this 2 day course you will discover how powerful tuning forks can be to assist to realign the chakra system.
