Relaxation Massage Techniques is a group of massage that assists to quiet our busy minds and refocus on the needs of our physical body by allowing the body and mind to take a deep breath and exhale.

These therapeutic techniques of massage assist our body to relax after stressful periods. When we are experiencing stress both our physical body and mind fatigues quickly and can lead to a build-up of stress in our body resulting in a build-up of tension in the body. Relaxation massage techniques activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System, shutting down our body’s stress response and allowing the body and mind to let go.

Swedish Massage (Allow 1 hour)

Swedish massage is a massage technique where long slow fluid strokes are applied to the body.  These flowing strokes create and relaxing rhythm which helps stress and tension in the body to dissolve away with each stroke.

Also incorporate into each Swedish Massage is a scalp and facial massage and well as a foot massage.

Reflexology (Allow 1 hour)

Reflexology is an ancient non-invasive massage of the feet and lower leg.  During a Reflexology session you will be relaxed as the reflex points on your feet are massaged and stress and tension is released.  A session of Reflexology supports the body’s natural healing process to restore wellbeing and for the mind to rest and restore clarity.

Facial Rejuvenation Massage (Allow 1 hour)

Facial Rejuvenation Massage (FRM) assists to erase the stresses of life from you face and declottage area.  When done regularly FRM can assist to rejuvenate the tone of your skin and decrease the appearance of wrinkles while relaxing your whole body.

FRM uses various techniques including acupressure and lymphatic drainage to work on the underlying tissues of the skin to increase blood flow and to ease restriction resulting in improved tone and appearance of the skin.

For best result from FRM six one weekly sessions are recommended with monthly follow up sessions.

Hot Stone Massage (Allow 1.5 hours)

Hot Stone Massage is a deep relaxing form of massage that uses touch and the warmth of warm volcanic stones to release stress and tension from your body. 

Warm massage oil scented with essential oils, are applied to the body prior to the introduction of the warm stones. Warm stones are introduced one at a time to the body in slow fluid strokes and replaced as needed, melting away tension.

Hot Stone massage assists to:
